The short rundown of a simple network marketing business model

I came across with a some misunderstanding about the network marketing industry, business models of MLM in the past weeks so I’m writing this super short post just to clear up the fog.

First of all understand that a network marketing company based on a simple business model where companies like Herbalife or Numis do not pay for advertisement on Tv, radio, billboards and so on. They let the distributors do the marketing, so all the “advertising money” goes to the affiliates. (That explains how some affiliates make $50-$100 a month or more in this business. )

The most successful road to creating a network marketing empire is to implement a simple business model by building your own email list, so let’s discover what this simple but powerful business model is all about, shall we?

1. Building your list

List building means lead generation. In order for you to build your list you have to generate leads, and in order to generate leads you must learn how to driver targeted traffic to your site, blog, lead capture pages, videos…etc.

Many networkers out there can’t even get to step No. 2 (establishing relationship with their list) because they stuck at not knowing how to drive traffic, so the are unable to generate any leads.

Remember to focus on one marketing strategy and also keep in mind that network marketing is a people business so keep your focus on the problem and challenges that your list is facing and offer a solution to their pain.
