As you guys know I’m a huge fan of Success Magazine (not particularly crazy about its publihser Darren Hardy; he’s a bit over the top for me but that’s just my personal view) and I especially adore the audio Cds that come with every monthly issue.
On their latest Cd a 3 foot man who is sitting in a wheelchair named Sean Stpehenson was interviewed. This dude was supposed to die at birth and suffered about 200 bone fractures before age 18.
This guy KNOWS that our excuses are invalid; and he built a charisma and aura around himself that I have rarely ever seen.
He’s my hero.
He gave listeners an important tip on how to make sure that each day we are at our very best.
This is how you do it.
You need to create a WLWL, which translates into “When life works list“.
It simply means you gotta make a list of action steps you need to take on a daily basis in order for you to feel great, passionate and feel the “edge”.
This is super important because this list is your own custom list that fits your own life.
Listening him to talk I realized that I already have a “list”, not written down but kept in my head. These are the things I need to do every single day in order to feel unstoppable.
Now, I have a lot of things on that list and I’m not doing every single of them each and every day but if I can do at least 4-5 of them, I am at my optimum.
Here are some of my “to do’s” on my list:
- Drink a gallon of water a day
- Work out every day. I’m talking about weight lifting/cardio.
- Mediate
- Practice yoga
- Read one hour a day (This must be a book on self development or spirituality. Blog posts and magazines don’t count!)
- Remind myself to take a conscious breath whenever I can.
- Take my dog on walks & p lay with him
- Give gratitude especially right after waking up
- Do something that I’m scared of or putting off
- Floss and brush my teet at least 3 times
- Eat right (I’m a vegetarian) and have at least 100 grams of protein daily
- Hug my wife
These are just some of the “rituals” that I need to do in order to feel great about my life. This list is responsible to feel centered and focused on my life purpose.

The list is awesome. I am doing few things but there are others which I need to learn to do regularly.
If I need to pick odd man out, it is brushing 3 times min.

the stress is on having a “personal list”. We are different and so what makes us feel alive also differs. We need to find things that make life WORK for us!
