MLM is The Ultimate Teacher.

I say that because starting your own home based business is one of the best ways to go about personal development. They are actually almost one and the same thing.

Jim Rohn once said that your life becomes better or “more” if you will, when you become more. And that’s all there is to it.

(Please take note of it that I am not talking about becoming more on a deep spiritual level which is to say becoming aware of the fact that on a deep level your are consciousness, one with all there is.)

You Get What You Give….and a little more 

Your current life circumstances are a direct reflection of what you hold within, what you have inside of you. The knowledge, the skills, the beliefs and the level of how you share it with those around you shows exactly where you’re at in life.

Your income for instance is a direct reflection of how much you give, how much energy you give to the market place.

As a network marketer, you probably feel the same way about your own home based business as many of us do. Having your own business makes you take risks, push your limits, face your fears on a daily basis, deal with sometimes difficult people…. The “live and learn” process on steroids. In this business you fail a lot, that means you discover things that do work and systems that do not.

You constantly “forced” to grow and learn, testing the water and gain insights with every step you take on this journey.

You not only learn about the business side but also about people and yourself since as we all know network marketing is a business of people.

We all heard the phase: “People don’t join companies, people join people.”

And that’s exactly why being the best you can be is crucial. People are looking for a leader, who can hold their hands and show them the way on this quite complex journey.
