Stop Shouting No at Your Life!

The only challenges in life that we are ever faced with is resisting to “what is”.

We usually don’t want what unfolds in our life. We want something else.

Stress sets in when we do not want to  go to work, take the car to smog check or have financial problems. All these things suck, you may say. Whenever you put a label on something and call it “bad” that label weakens you. You are loosing your potential inner power.

For instance, you gotta take you car on a smog check but you really don’t want to do it even if it takes only 30 min. of your time. But for somebody who doesn’t have a car it would be fun. That person would probably take pride in it ( If only I had a car I’d be more than happy to service it.) Do you see how two individuals can look at the very same thing so differently.

Your Perception Creates Your Life.

Here is a tip:

Accept whatever is in your life. Don’t judge or label. Just observe for what it is. It is just a current situation. I am not saying that you have to accept the things to stay the way they forever. (Remember the only constant in life is change.) Stop resisting to all that is happening around you. Accept everything as you chose it on purpose.

If you hate your job, stop bitching about it. Accept it as your current place where you work at and make the best of it. From that acceptance you will have an inner peace. From that inner balance you set out a goal of getting a better job. When you make your peace with whatever you have (current relationship, job, car) then you are empowered  and you will take action with a clear state of mind that has a momentum and then anything is possible.
